If you are not satisfied with any of our products, contact us within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Merchandise is not returnable without a Return Authorization Number. Call us for a return authorization number.

We will be glad to make a refund on any item which has all the original packaging and is unused.  Scopes which have been mounted are not returnable.

We do not accept items which have been used, or is not in resealable packaging.

Items which are returned to us without our authorization or in a used condition will be refused and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

We do not accept returns on items which are special order products, closeouts , loaded ammunition, primer or powders.

There will be a 10% restocking fee plus $2.00  deducted from all money refunded.

We are not a manufacturers warranty repair center.    All products carry a manufacturers warranty.  Defective items need to be returned to the manufacturer.  We maintain a list of manufacturers and their addresses for your convenience at  http://www.outdoorguides.com/outdoor/warnergn.htm#MANUF

Please note!
Scopes with signs of having been mounted on your gun cannot be returned!  Check the scope out before you install it on your gun.
Rods and reels which show signs of being used are not returnable! Examine the item and decide if you like it before you use it.
Ammunition  primers and powder are not returnable under any circumstance!

Refused Shipments.
If you refuse an order that we have shipped to you in good faith, we will charge you for shipping both ways and there will be a $10% restocking fee.



 If your order is for more than $100.00 in merchandise, then you are a Preferred Customer!

Special Orders
We are glad to do whatever we can to special order products for you.  Please note that  special orders will not be cancellable once we have ordered the product(s) and they are shipped to us.
